A willing class and a little time.
Here’s what a pilot asks of you: a willing class or school (anything from a single class of ~40 up to the whole school), the phones, tablets or low-cost devices you already have, and about an hour for a teacher to get set up — plus a short orientation. Pilots are free and typically run 8–12 weeks. Afterwards you can continue at around $3 per learner a month, or through a funded partnership so cost never blocks a learner.
